Accompanying 2D construction drawings can be generated from the 3D model for your contractors to follow.

Many individuals struggle to visualize the final outcome proposed by their interior designer, architect, or builder/contractor from just a CAD drawing or mood board. Photorealistic renderings are the most effective method to preview the appearance of your project before any work begins. Knowing how your finished project will look can reduce the stress often associated with remodeling projects. 

In the broader context of construction project expenses, investing in a 3D model and photorealistic renderings of your space can lead to significant cost savings over time by avoiding expensive errors. Consider it a form of "project insurance." Issues such as client or contractor misinterpretations, improper lighting designs, disproportionate furniture sizing, and finishing touches can all be preemptively addressed with a 3D model and photorealistic renderings. That being said, to model, texture and render a simple room according to your design input can run anywhere from $500 to $1,000, depending on the complexity and size of the room. This includes the cost of the modeling time, texture authoring, rendering time and any 2D construction drawings that are needed to convey the design to relevant contractors. These costs are tailored to the individual client/project based on their needs and requirements.

Our objective is to deliver the agreed-upon deliverables to our client promptly following the provision of design direction. Typically, it takes about five to ten business days from that point to supply production renderings and construction drawings. Rush services are also available for an additional charge.

Few architects, builders and interior designers can offer their clients the highest level of photorealism without additional schooling or training, which can take years to master and is typically outside their area of expertise or interest. This line of work is 3D modeling at its core, but also requires familiarity with residential construction, furniture/cabinet construction and even photography. 

With almost 20 years of CAD and 3D modeling experience, our team also has hands-on construction experience, including framing, trim carpentry, furniture and custom cabinetry construction which translates into the most realistic details that are valued by both the contractors and the homeowners. Knowing how things are built is invaluable when it comes to modeling and documenting them.

We are not a licensed architectural firm, meaning that we cannot create blueprints or construction drawings involving structural loads and other liable details. We can work alongside any architect assigned to the project to help bring their design to life with photorealistic renderings or an animation.

We are not an interior design studio per se, but we do have a feel for what designs are trending or not from working with other interior designers. If a homeowner doesn't have the budget for an interior designer but wants to see some of ideas modeled and rendered of their space, this is something that we have been able to do in the past with success.
